ในความเข้าใจของผม...ไฟกระชากจาก AVR นะครับ
โดยปกติแล้ว..ควรเปิดเครื่องไฟฟ้าที่ใช้ไฟวัตต์สูง ๆ ก่อนอยู่แล้วนะครับ
