ผมส่งไปถาม tech@pixeplay มาครับ
Dear sir,
I just got KURO a few days ago. I quite appreciate.
Anyway, I try to format my 4TB Seagate harddisk. Of course, GPT (instead MBR) with my PC. Also I divide to 2 partitions 1.9G+1.8G.
When I connected my 4TB to KURO as internal HDD. It work well. KURO can see 2 drives and can play some movies smoothly.
But when I try to connect KURO to PC via usb3.0 port. Windows can detect it as NEW (blank) hard disk drive and Windows try to initialize and format it again.
Moreover, after I format it again and copy files to KURO, it can copy. But when I disconnect usb3.0 port from PC for play movie. KURO cannot detect internal HDD any more (seem like no internal HDD connected). Even if I power down and up KURO many times.
I do some mistake?? If you have any suggestion, please advise me. But if KURO still don't completely supported 4TB, I hope you may improve this quite important feature soon. ^__^

Sorry for the late reply and thank you for your feedback.
We already verify this problem with our engineers and confirm it is a bug. We will fix this soon and hopefully in the next firmware version V1.0.2 will get it done. Thank you.
Best Regards,
