Very disappointed decided buying Philips TV model 65PUT8609S/89 in Thailand.
The TV has been very lightly used because it is placed at a house that we stay during weekend once a week.
The TV has been connected through a big electrical stabilizer since the first day of use.
The electrical broad of the TV failed after first 12 months.
It was replaced by Philips service agent on Jan 7, 2017.
Today December 6, 2017 (11 months), the same problem repeated.
No one from Philips agent in Thailand gives his hand for help but redirect my phone line to Philips appointed service agent.
My Philips TV is so fragile and problematic.
The agent of Philips is also so helpless.
No more Philips products for my family.
